Wanell Hutchison, age 89, of Nicholls, passed away on Monday December 2, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Hutchison, born on July 4, 1930 in Berrien County, was the daughter of the late Vernon Gillespie and the late Ludell Miranda Vickery Gillespie. Mrs. Hutchison retired from Campbell’s Soup, was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Hutchison; son, Bobby Hutchison; grandson, Stuart Hutchison; two brothers, James Gillespie and Lonnie Gillespie. Silas laughed and smiled throughout his 10 weeks, bringing joy and happiness to everyone around him.
