Mildred Porter Stevens, age 76, of Douglas, passed away on Monday September 2, 2019 at Irwin County Hospital. Mrs. Stevens was born on April 8, 1943 in Douglas, the daughter of the late Joseph Charlie Porter and Rosa Lee Trowell Porter. She worked as a store manager with the Salvation Army and was a member of St. Illa Baptist Church.
