Baldwin’s Ballers camp scheduled at SGSC this summer Cory Baldwin, head men’s basketball coach at South Georgia State College (SGSC), will host his tenth annual Baldwin’s Ballers basketball camp this summer. Assistant Coach D.J. Hardy will serve as camp coordinator. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 6-15. Four-day sessions are scheduled for the weeks of June 17, 24, July 8, and 15 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on SGSC’s Waycross Campus. Each session is $90 per camper, which includes a t-shirt. Wiregrass’ Mechatronics instructor headed to Russia Wiregrass Georgia Technical College’s Mechatronics instructor Joshua Whittington is headed to Russia with the national champions for Mechatronics for the WorldSkills 2019 competition this August. Whittington has coached the national Mechatronics champion team since 2017. The WorldSkills competition is held every two years; this year it will be hosted in Kazan, Russia.
