Richard Ellis Lambert, age 84, of Douglas, passed away on Sunday May 26, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Lambert was born on March 21, 1935 in Newtown, Pennsylvania, the son of the late William Lambert and Charlotte Elrica Brown Lambert. He worked as a truck driver with Concrete Trucking Service for over twenty years, was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War, and was a member of Saginaw Baptist Church. Tammy Lynne Paulk, age 51, of Ambrose, passed away on Tuesday May 21, 2019 in Atkinson County. Mrs. Paulk was born on August 25, 1967 in Douglas, the daughter of George Carroll Paulk and Judith Vickers Paulk. She was the manager of Sally’s Beauty Supply in Douglas and was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Dowling was born on December 25, 1967, the son of the late Richard Dale Dowling and Mary Elizabeth Jardine. He worked in the landscaping business and was of the Baptist faith.
