Mr. Joel Dewayne Nipper, age 64 of Nicholls, GA passed away early Wednesday morning, June 6, 2018, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Nipper was born October 3, 1953, to the late Jesse Nipper and the late Oleph Kirkland Nipper.
