Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, a W/M described as 6’ tall and 250 +/- lbs. with dark hair and a scruffy beard was observed removing four tires and wheels from a storage unit on Douglas St. The unknown W/M placed the tires and wheels into the bed of a red Chevrolet or GMC extended cab pickup truck with a silver stripe across the bottom and a black bull-bar bumper.
