Cindy Johnson, City of Douglas Ceramic Coordinator, was nominated and selected by her fellow recreation professionals to receive the inaugural “Roger Johnson Award” in Recreation Administration. Cindy’s career with the Parks & Recreation Department began in 1979 when she was hired as a part time employee.
