Danny McNab, age 71 of West Green, Georgia passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at his home while surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on April 23, 1955, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Frank McNab and the late Irma McNab.
His survivors include: his beloved wife, Sonya McNab of West Green, GA; three sons, Danny Richard (Melinda Mobley) McNab of Douglas, GA, Daniel Lamar (Ashley) McNab of Hazlehurst, GA, and Ronnie Norris and daughter in law LeAnn McNab; four grandchildren: Jacob McNab, Jade (Tyler) Hill, Danny Mcnab, and Lincoln McNab; three great-grandchildren: Wrenley Hill, Haislee Mcnab, and Lainey Hill; special friends Dalton (Kayla Merritt) Anderson, Dillon Anderson, and Daniel (Angel) Anderson; four brothers: Greg McNab, Michael McNab, Patrick (Amanda) McNab, and Jeffery Holton; two sisters, Margaret Elaine (Andy) Clark and Debra King (Randy) Steedley; sister in law, Ammie Davis; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank McNab, mother, Irma McNab, and daughter, Tonya McNab.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Britt Peavy officiating. Interment will follow at Burkett Baptist Church Cemetery.
