Members of the Douglas Lions Club commemorated Pearl Harbor Day this week, placing American flags along the streets of downtown Douglas.
Pearl Harbor Day is observed each year on Dec. 7 to honor the men and women who were killed in a surprise attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, in 1941.
