Both parties allegedly involved in a domestic incident late last month were taken into custody – one on aggravated assault charges and the other on an active warrant out of Irwin County, according to a report from the Douglas Police Department.
The report states that officers arrived at an apartment at Georgian Woods Apartments on McNeil Drive on August 29, 2026, at around 4:20 a.m. The report says that two individuals, Mondavion Fuller, 31, of Douglas, and Ta’Kwajala Tam’Me Allexis Henderson, 26, of Douglas, were in the apartment and had gotten into an argument. There was also another adult in the apartment while the alleged argument was going on.
During the argument, the report says that Fuller grabbed Henderson by the neck and started choking her. According to the report, he held her by the neck for about a minute. The report also says that Henderson hit Fuller in the face in order to get free.
During the call, officers discovered that Henderson had an active warrant in Irwin County.
Fuller was arrested and charged with aggravated assault – family violence. He was booked into the Coffee County Jail and later released. Henderson was transported to the Coffee-Irwin County line where an officer met an Irwin County deputy. She was turned over to Irwin County authorities and booked into the Irwin County Jail.
