Ms. Eva Marie Miller, age 60, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Eva was born November 29, 1965, in Middletown, Connecticut, to Patricia Ellen Miller and the late Paul Charles Dow. She made her career as a manager and cook at Tidwell Carter’s Fried Chicken. Along with her father, Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Williams; three children: Soudavanh Soundara, Soudachanh Soundara, and Austin Soundara; as well as two brothers, Chuckie Dow and Joe Dodge.
Eva is survived her mother, Patricia Ellen Miller; stepfather, Henry Dodge; sisters: Mary Baginski, Ann Oakley, Christine Munisar and Charmin Williams; nieces and nephews: Christina Rhodes, Mikie Dodge, Shamar Dodge, Quincy Dodge, Jordan Dodge, Brey Dodge, Christopher Dodge, JJ Dodge, Sebastian Dodge, Sabein Irving, Jason Davis, Shannon Oakley, Kayla Oakley, Reahanna Munisar, Vishaun Munisar, Vishaul Munisar, Amar Cruz, Dominic Cruz, Liam Cruz, Xavier Cruz, Alexa Davis; a very special friend, Jamie Montoya of Douglas, Georgia; as well as a number of extended family members.
Eva will be memorialized by cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.
