Frances Inez Spivey, age 67 of Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Spivey was born on October 15, 1958 in Mississippi, to the late William Warren Sullivan and Minnie Lee Harper Sullivan.
Survivors include: husband, Lewis Spivey of Douglas, GA; son, Jimmy Elijah Sellers, Sr.; daughter, Betty Ann Sellers (Anthony Martin); 9 grandchildren: Megan Narvaez, Ricky Narvaez, Jimmy E. Sellers, Jr., Conner Lee Sellers, Teresa Wheeler, Katherine Sellers, Matthew Sellers, Nathan Sellers, and Kolby Carelock; 5 great grandchildren: Ta’Leya Rae Narvaez, Ruben Sellers, Luke Banks, E.J. Wheeler, and Robert T. Wheeler; one sister, Edna Crenshaw; along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: one son, William Warren Sellers; 2 brothers, Danny Crenshaw and Junior Crenshaw; 3 sisters, Betty S. Sellers, Sarah D. Durrance and Criecy Herrington; mother, Minnie Lee Harper Sullivan; and father, Willaim Warren Sullivan.
Pallbearers will include: Colby Thomas, Joseph Spivey, Thomas Durrance, Berrie Durrance, Carlos Perez, Anthony Gereurro, and Larry Sellers.
The family will receive friends at her residence on Monday, April 13 from 1:30 until Tuesday all day.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Salem Church in Nicholls, GA, with Rev. Johnny Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Dry Creek/Hall Cemetery.
