Wednesday afternoon, October 25, the Alma Police Department received a report of a stolen semi-truck from a location on Radio Station Rd. Wednesday evening, a law enforcement agency in Atkinson County stopped the semi-truck. APD has arrested George Randall Harrelson, 50 of Alma, with theft by taking a motor vehicle and Landon Aaron Dixon, 41 of Waycross, with theft by receiving stolen property. The semi-truck has been returned to the owner.
