Kevin King, age 65 of Douglas, Ga passed away peacefully on Friday, January 2, 2026, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born on October 12th, 1960 to the late James Morris King, and Irma Ruth King Hatfield.
His survivors include one son, Daniel King of Douglas GA; six grandchildren, Jeremy King of Ambrose GA, Ali (Gabe) Smith of Huffer GA, Nation King, Andon King, Brooklyn King, and Brielle King all of Douglas GA; two great grandkids, Cannon Youngblood and Dawson Drake Smith; one brother, Roy Brent King; and one sister, Bettina Renee Stewart.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Morris King, his mother Irma Ruth King Hatfield, and stepfather John Russell Hatfield.
Memorial services will be graveside at Harrell Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
