Perry Lee Fregien, age 72, of Douglas, Ga passed away on Wednesday, December 30th 2025 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Fregien was born to the late Fredrick & Kathlene Fregien on September 16th, 1953.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Fregien; two daughters, Christina (Jesse) Fletcher of Fitzgerald GA and Gloria (David) Poole of Milton FL; two brothers, Kelly Fregien of California and Lonnie Fregien of Jud ND, four grandchildren, Joseph Kissoon of Albany GA, C.J. Fletcher of Fitzgerald GA, Allison (Trey) Mallet of Perry GA and Brittany (Alex) Nowlin of Priceville, AL; two great grandchildren, Everleigh Grace Mallet and Mackenzie Nowlin, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fredrick and Kathlene Fregien.
The family will receive friends on Saturday January 3rd, 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 3rd, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Lonnie Spikes officiating.
