Sunni June Davison, age 81, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, GA. She was born on November 2, 1944 the daughter of the late Joseph Stephen Henderson and the late Maxine London Henderson.
Her survivors include: two sons, Dave Davison of Tennessee and Dean (Heather) Davison of Tennessee; one daughter, Dea Davison of Douglas, GA; three grandchildren, Cayden (Kirby Connell) Davison, Cami Davison and Carter (Brylee) Davison; and one brother, Dan Henderson of Tifton, GA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bob Davison; father, Joseph Stephen Henderson; mother, Maxine London Henderson; and one brother, Mike Henderson.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Larry Stone and Barry Peavy officiating. Interment will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Tifton, GA.
Active pallbearers will include: Daniel Paulk, Carter Davison, Chris Moreno, Adam Cato, Jimmy Leis, and Michael Schrouder.
