Terry Roberson, age 61, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, at his home. He was surrounded by his family and friends. He was born on July 16th, 1964 the son of Mr. Jimmy Ray Roberson and Mrs. Dora Green Roberson.
His survivors include: his beloved wife, Renee Roberson of Douglas, GA; two sons, Clayton Roberson of Atlanta, GA and Russell (Skye Horne) Roberson of Willacoochee, GA; one brother, Robbie (Deena) Roberson of Waycross, GA; father, Jimmy Ray Roberson; mother, Dora Roberson; sister, Lisa (Dennis) Cheeks of Augusta, GA, along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at Carver Baptist Church at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Phillip Corbean, Clay Roberson and Dennis Cheeks Speaking. Interment will follow at Hall Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will include: George Johnson, Orlando Ingram, Jaquan Eady, Brice Strobe, Jacob Deas, Rickey Arambulo, Bruce Cato, Matt Lewis, D.J. Jernigan and Aaron Drew.
Honorary Pallbearers will include: Kade Paulk at CHS, Myron Newton, and Stacy Grady.
