Master Thomas Groverlee Reliford, five months and seventeen days old, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Thomas was born on April 29, 2026, to Ruben and Renee Reliford.
Thomas is survived by his parents, Ruben and Renee Reliford; four siblings, Hunter Reliford, Aceson Reliford, Aurora Reliford, and Cecilia Reliford; paternal grandparents, Jennifer Ornelas and Brantley Anderson; maternal grandmother, Denise Dockery; three uncles, Chance Collins, Grover Pearson, and William Griffin; aunt, Savannah Futch; and great-aunt, Jessica Ornelas.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bobby Pearson; uncle, Jose Ornelas; and great-uncle, Thomas Hollinger.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Broxton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. The immediate family kindly requests that friends and family wear white to the funeral service in honor of Thomas’s purity and innocence, and respectfully asks that black attire be avoided.
