Wiregrass Technical College cosmetology and criminal justice students will be on hand to offer free basic haircuts and fingerprinting to students from 7 a.m. to 11:30.

Other events and giveaways will be provided by the Douglas Fire Dept., Douglas Police Dept., Wiregrass Tech Continuing Education, Fender-Goggans Orthodontics, and Fitzgerald Family Eye Care.
