Mr. Glynlon “Glynn” Harrell

Mr. Glynlon “Glynn” Harrell, age 72 of Douglas, passed away Friday evening, August 22, 2014, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Harrell, a native of Coffee County, was a supervisor with Gold Kist Corporation. He was the son of the late Le Roy Harrell and the late Lois Crider Harrell.

Mr. Harrell was preceded in death by four siblings; Nadine Chaney, LaVera Smith, Carroll Harrell, and Vernon Harrell; grandchildren, Stephanie Dawn Nipper and Chad Allen Burch.

Mr. Harrell was a member of the Cornerstone Church of Pearson.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Graham Harrell of Douglas; one son, Steven Glenn Harrell of Douglas; one daughter, Gina Gail Harrell of Douglas; one step-Son, Billy Dajoel Graham of Douglas; two sisters, Othalyne Bowen and Lillie Mae Carver, both of Douglas; 11 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

Graveside services and interment will be Monday, August 25, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the Satilla Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Allen Arowood officiating. 

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the Arrangements.
