Mr. Lamar Ray Hosack, age 49, of Douglas, GA passed away Monday Morning November 3, 2014, at the Irwin County Hospital from injuries received in an auto accident. He was born January 19, 1965 to the late David Hosack and Mrs. Shirley Land Hosack.
Mr. Hosack was a native of Jacksonville, FL but had lived in the Douglas area for the past several years. He was self-employed as a Truck Driver in the mobile home industry. Survivors Include: His Wife: Betty Jean McCook Hosack of Douglas, GA; 3 Daughters: Jennifer (Robby) Harper of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Candace (Scott) Pullum of St. Mary’s, GA, Summer (Josh) Driver of Brunswick, GA; His Mother: Shirley Land Hosack of Douglas, Ga. 2 Sisters: Theresa Watkins of Blue Ridge, GA and Rhonda Hosack of Douglas, GA; 1 Brother: Gerald Hosack of Douglas, GA; Grandmother: Pauline Whidden of Jacksonville, FL 4 Grandchildren: Kaden Pullum and Kyleigh Pullum both of St. Mary’s GA, Ramsey Driver of Brunswick, GA and Jaxson Harper of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Other Relatives.
Memorial Services will be held Friday Morning at 11:00 A. M. at Covenant Christian Church. The family will be receiving friends Thursday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M. at Covenant Christian Church.
Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
