Roberta Moelius, age 79, of Douglas, GA passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Shady Acres Health and Rehab following an extended illness. Mrs. Moelius was born on April 13, 1936, in Amityville, NY to the late Warren Richardson Brower and Elsie Isabelle Chester Brower.

Survivors include: her three daughters, Shelly (Jesse) Benton of Douglas, GA, Cindy Lou Moelius of Douglas, GA, and Laura May Moelius of Chattanooga, TN; son, William Perry Moelius of Middleburg, FL; sister, Sharon Amburgey of Florida; brother, Richard Brower of Tennessee; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband William Henry Moelius.

Graveside Services to be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. at Douglas City Cemetery with Rev. Beverly Keen officiating. Active Pallbearers were: Preston Johnson, Kodey Johnson, Michael Johnson, William Moelius, James Farley, and Kameron Johnson.

Sims Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
