Elizabeth Lindenwood, age 89, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Lindenwood was born on December 05, 1926, in Dublin, GA to the late Oscar H. Duggan and Estelle Burch Duggan.

Survivors include: her two daughters, Jan Kent (JD) Carver of Douglas, GA and Joy Kent (Terry) Davis of Douglas, GA; two grandsons, Andy (Lori) Lott of Douglas, GA and John (Laura) Davis of Waycross, GA; four great grandchildren, Andrew Lott, Hunter Lott both of Douglas, GA, Matthew Davis and Mary Rylie Davis both of Waycross, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Lindenwood.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 4, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Shep Johnson and Rev. Gerald Gardner officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
