Mrs. Josie Elizabeth Buchan Moses, age 80, of Rochelle, Georgia passed away Sunday afternoon, July 3, 2016, at the Plemon-Gaskin Nursing Home in Ocilla, Georgia following an extended illness. She was born April 8, 1936 to the late Tim Buchan and the late Florene Tindol Buchan.

Mrs. Moses, a native of Coffee County, was a former Quality Control Inspector with Tecumseh. She was preceded in death by 1 Son, Tim Hiebert, 3 Sisters, Bernadine Tucker, Recey Doe, and Nelline Buchan, 3 Brothers, J. M. Buchan, Johnny Buchan, and Allen Buchan. Mrs. Moses was a member of the Reedy Branch Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Her Husband, Roy C. Moses of Rochelle, GA; Children: Tommy Hiebert of Florida, Patty Hiebert of Nicholls, GA, Danny Hiebert of Fresno, California, Andy Gilstrap, and Jimmy Hiebert, both of Abbeville, GA;1 Sister: Jennie (Keith) Leggett of Sylvester, GA; 1 Half-Sister: Rosa Lee Miller of Douglas, GA; 13 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, Cousins, and Other Relatives.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016, at 3:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:30 to 3:00 P.M. at Ricketson Funeral home. The Inurnment will follow at a later date.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the Arrangements.
