On June 13, the Alma Police Department arrested Christopher Dinning, 33 of Alma, and Tessa McNabb, 44 of Alma, for theft by receiving stolen property.
Dinning and McNabb were stopped for a traffic violation while operating a vehicle reportedly stolen from Wayne County; McNabb also had outstanding arrest warrants through APD.
