On Thursday, Dec. 7, the Alma Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit stopped a vehicle on W. 12th St at Douglas St for a headlight violation. During the traffic stop, officers discovered a digital scale and 11 bags/baggies of marijuana which weighed over ¼ pounds. Christopher Black, 18 of Mershon, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and headlight requirements.
