Ms. Angela Kay Joiner, age 53, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born June 25, 1964 to Herbert Joiner and the late Francis Adams Wood. Other than her mother, she was preceded in death by a Grandchild, Sadie Renee.

Ms. Joiner, a native of Coffee County, was a homemaker and she attended Rocky Pond Baptist Church.

Survivors include: children: Kayla Dawn (Tuck) Taylor of Alma, GA, Brittney Nicole Hutto of Columbia, SC, and Nicholas Garrett Hutto of Douglas, GA.; grandchildren: Gatlin Smith of Douglas, GA, Maria Brooks, Amyah Brooks, Haley Taylor and Brennan Taylor, all of SC.; father, Herbert Joiner of Douglas, GA.; step-mother, Betty Joiner of Douglas, GA.; brothers: Darrin (Lynn) Joiner of Rockledge, FL., Jeff (Tammie) Joiner of West Columbia, SC.; step-sisters: Sherry (Gary) Roberts of Birmingham, AL., Sheila Wright of Eastman, GA.; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 2 P. M., at the Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home where Rev. Lonnie Spikes officiated. The Interment followed in the Harrell Grove Cemetery.

Ricketson Funeral Home was in charge of the Arrangements.
