CRMC ensures continuity for Dr. Jeffery Dockery’s practice in Broxton

For many years Dr. Jeffery Dockery has cared for patients and families in Broxton. Dr. Dockery is well known and well thought of not only in Broxton, but throughout the community and especially at Coffee Regional, where he served in several leadership positions on the medical staff, including president in 2016.

Dr. Dockery has made the difficult decision to step away from his practice to work with the Southeast Health District within the Department of Public Health. This change was effective Friday, November 1, 2019.

In an effort to ensure continuity of care for Dr. Dockery’s patients, Coffee Regional is pleased to announce that there will continue to be a provider in the Broxton office who will care for patients and carry on the tradition of community health care so ably started by Dr. Dockery almost 20 years ago.

Coffee Regional Medical Center is focused on access for all, ensuring those communities in its service area have access to quality care. This transition will help to ensure the citizens of Broxton have convenient, local access for both acute and chronic healthcare needs.

More information will be available in the near future including provider information, office hours and how to schedule appointments.  Until then please contact CRH Family Medicine for an appointment at (912) 384-9898, or visit the CRMC Walk-In Clinic (7a-7p, 7 days per week) located at 205 Shirley Avenue. For more emergent needs, please come to Coffee Regional Medical Center.
