Ruth Nadine Sevedge, age 101, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Sevedge was born on July 2, 1920 in Crawford County, Indiana the daughter of the late Harry Lee Foutch and Verice R. Harris Foutch.
Mrs. Sevedge was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Sevedge, a sister, Betty Landers and a brother, Robert Foutch.
Survivors include daughter, Ruth A. Bussey (Gerald) of Douglas, GA; 2 grandchildren, Brett Bussey of Tifton, GA and Jennifer B. Brown (Marcus) of Eagle River, Alaska; 3 great grandchildren, Emersyn Brown, Hadleigh Brown and Sawyer Brown; sister, Carolyn Jo Bowman (Earl) of Sulfur, Indiana; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 20, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home, Douglas, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Earlham Memorial Mausoleum, Richmond, Indiana.
Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral & Cremation Service 222 North 10th Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374 will be in charge of arrangements in Indiana.
Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the Coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.
