Mr. Steve Allen Stewart, age 63 of Nicholls, GA passed away early Sunday afternoon Sunday, April 17, 2022 at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital following a short illness. Mr. Stewart was born January 2, 1959 to Vitus Lawrence Stewart and the late Allen Walker Stewart.

 

 

Mr. Stewart, a native of Douglas, GA, had worked as an auto salesman for various car dealerships in the area. He was a member of Covenant Christian Church.

 

 

Survivors include:

 

 

His wife: Teresa Ogden Stewart of Nicholls, GA

 

 

Children: Michelle Stewart Moore and husband Blake of Douglas, GA
Walter Stewart and wife Whitney of Douglas, GA
Aaron Stewart of Douglas, GA

 

 

His Mother: Vitus Lawrence Stewart of Douglas, GA

 

 

Brothers: Clarence Stewart of Douglas, GA
Willard “Butch” Stewart of Gainesville GA

 

 

Sister: Linda Wray of Haines City, FL

 

 

11 Grandchildren

 

 

A number of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends.

 

 

The family will receive friends, Tuesday afternoon April 19, 2022 at Covenant Christian Church from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

 

 

The memorial service for Mr. Stewart will begin at 3:00 PM, at Covenant Christian Church with Rev. Gregory Pope officiating.

Memorialization is by cremation.

 

 

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
