On March 4, 2023, 16 schools from Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina converged on Coffee Middle School for the JROTC annual drill competition.  The Coffee High School NJROTC hosted the competition and was responsible for feeding all participants.

Post and Unit 515 took the responsibility for providing food and feeding over 100 judges, instructors, bus drivers and 750 cadets. Post 515 member Mike Bazzell supervised the preparation and serving of meals for the cadets competing in the drill composition and Post 515 member Carissa McKinzie served as a judge.

Debra Woods, the Post 515 Senior Vice Commander, is also the Senior Naval Instructor at Coffee High School that is responsible for putting this event on, with the assistance of the well trained and motivated cadets.  “We look forward to providing this support every year,” stated Post 515 Commander Jerome

Loving.

For information about Post 515 and its programs and activities, contact Post Commander Loving at 912-592-6413.
