The Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 16, 2023 for the grand opening of Hook On Frozen Yogurt. Hook On Frozen Yogurt is located at 610 N Peterson Avenue in Douglas.
Originally opening in December of 2022, Hook On Frozen Yogurt is locally owned and operated by Francisco Reyes, and his wife Jessica. Hook On Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve frozen yogurt shop that features many ways to customize a sweet treat. The Reyes family has a passion for sweets, and they are excited to have made their dream a reality by sharing that with the community. The Reyes family, and Hook On Frozen Yogurt, is grateful for their customers, and the loyal following they have built up since opening six months ago.
As frequent beach-goers, the Reyes family typically finds themselves visiting local frozen yogurt shops on their trips, and thought how wonderful it would be to bring the concept here to Coffee County. As part of their long-term plan to invest in Douglas and Coffee County, Francisco and Jessica recently partnered with the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce in order to further their mission and passion for serving their community, and chose to host a grand opening to bring more awareness to their small business.
Hook On Frozen Yogurt is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 7pm, and recently have added grilled street food to their Saturday menu.
