Ronnie Dane Griffis, age 22, of Grovetown, GA, passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday, August 28, 2023. Mr. Griffis was born in Coffee County, GA, on March 5, 2001 to Mr. Brian Larry Griffis and Ms. Rhonda Pauline Cox.

 

 

Survivors include: Mother; Rhonda Pauline Anderson of Douglas, GA, Step-father; Dr. Wallace Steve Anderson of Douglas, GA, Three Brothers; Michael Blake (Vanessa Lynn) Sapp of Douglas, GA, Galen Blane Griffis of Douglas, GA, and Brian Larry (Shelby Brooke) Griffis Jr. of Indiana, Three Step-Sisters; Abbie Farrar, Ansley Tanner, and Ariel O’Conner, One Nephew; Drake William Sapp, One Niece; Freya Griffis. He was preceded in death by his father; Brian Larry Griffis Sr. 

 

 

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 4, 2023 at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6PM until 9PM.

Services will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Covenant Church, at 11AM, with Rev. Gregory Pope officiating. Interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens. The family requests that people in attendance wear white or light colors.
