Mayor Tony Paulk has proclaimed Sunday, November 5, 2023 as Retired Educator’s Day in Douglas and Coffee County.
The State of Georgia is home to more than 142,000 retired educators and they make invaluable contributions to the welfare of communities throughout Georgia.
Citizens are encouraged to express appreciation for the contributions educators have made and continue to make for the betterment of human lives and society.
