Recently, CRMC recognized Allison Dorsey, its BEE Award honoree for the 1st quarter of 2024. Allison is a dedicated member of the Social Services team. Despite being with CRMC for only a year, Allison has made significant impacts on the lives of her patients and coworkers. She was nominated twice for going BEE-yond her job duties and ensuring patients received the necessary care even after discharge. Known for her advocacy and attentiveness, Allison once used her day off to pamper a long-term patient with a manicure and pedicure.

CRMC is proud to honor exceptional staff members who have been recognized by patients, families, and colleagues for their outstanding contributions to patient care. Teamwork is essential to delivering quality care, and The BEE Award celebrates the extraordinary efforts of our non-nursing staff. This award complements The DAISY Award, which honors our nursing staff for their exceptional service and care.

CRMC is proud to have Allison on the team and thrilled to honor her with this well-deserved recognition. CRMC extends a heartfelt congratulations to Allison and all the BEE Award nominees for 1st quarter 2024. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to caring for patients and each other, while embodying CRMC’s purpose: To Serve, To Heal, To Save. All non-nursing members of the Coffee Regional Medical Center staff qualify for The BEE Award. Nominations are gathered each month and awarded every quarter. Members of The BEE Award committee choose the award recipient. Each honoree receives a certificate, a unique BEE Award pin for their badge, a $50 gift certificate to our gift shop, and a reception with their colleagues featuring freshly made honey buns as a sweet treat. If you would like to nominate a Coffee Regional
Medical Center staff member for The Bee Award, visit
