The CCA Lady Patriots defeated the First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders by a combined score of 32-0 in a double header Monday in Hinesville.

In game one, CCA scored six in the first, five in the second, and sixth in the third. Brilynn Waldron, Emy Lowery, Gracie Giddens, Cadence Cravey, Abrah Harris, and Arabelle Roberts each had two hits. Giddens homered, Waldron tripled, and Maci Rucker, Waldron, Roberts, Cravey, and Lowery all doubled.

Lowery threw a three-inning no-hitter and was a walk away from a perfect game. She struck out five Highlanders.

Game two was more of the same. It was another three-inning contest with the Lady Patriots scoring five in the first and 10 in the second on 10 hits. Cravey had two hits, four RBI, and she scored twice. Gourley scored three runs and recorded a pair of hits. Emma Carr, Mattie Lewis, and Cravey doubled while Giddens tripled.

Peighton Harper gave up one hit and struck seven.

The Lady Patriots are now 16-3 on the season and have two games remaining on the schedule: a Wednesday afternoon showdown with David Emanuel Academy in Douglas at 4:30 p.m. and a 5:30 p.m. game on the road against Robert Toombs on Thursday.
