Coffee Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Vice President of Physician Practices, Jeffrey Bushong. With many years of experience in the healthcare industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to this role.

Throughout his career, he has held numerous prominent positions, most recently at PYA, where he served from 2019 to 2024. During this time, he worked directly with Coffee Regional Medical Center on several occasions as a consultant, filling the VP vacancy on an interim basis. Before his tenure at PYA, he was an Equity Director at Medic Management Group from 2007 to 2019. His extensive career also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Mercy Regional Medical Center from 2004 to 2006, and prior to that, he held prominent roles at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital from 1998 to 2004.

“We are pleased to welcome Jeff Bushong as our new Vice President of Physician Practices,” said Vicki Lewis, President and CEO of Coffee Regional Medical Center. “His extensive experience and proven leadership in the healthcare industry, along with his familiarity with our organization, make him the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that his strategic vision will enhance our physician practices and improve the quality of care we provide to our community.”

Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo, where he also excelled as a four-year letterman and captain of the college football team. He is proud to be the father of four and grandfather to five.

Coffee Regional Medical Center looks forward to the continued growth and success of its physician practices under his leadership.
