The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible for a recent burglary at True Praise Baptist Church, located in the Oak Park area of Coffee County.

The burglary was reported on June 22, 2025, and investigators are working to determine the timeline and circumstances surrounding the incident.

Residents of this county should be able to worship freely and without fear of criminal targeting. Offenses against houses of worship are particularly troubling, and the Sheriff’s Office remains fully committed to identifying and prosecuting those responsible.

Anyone with information — no matter how minor it may seem — is encouraged to come forward.
