For the second quarter of 2025, the CRMC BEE Award honoree is Dieasha Mobley. Dieasha is an experienced EMT with the CRMC EMS. Dieasha received an outstanding nomination this quarter from a teammate. Her teammate shared, “Dieasha is one of the best EMTs Coffee Regional has. She does what is best for not only the patient but also the medic that is on the truck with her. Her quiet and humble manner paired with her tenacity to make sure her patients have the best care show her true character. Dieasha has proved herself by her willingness to learn by going back to school to become a paramedic. If there is a protocol that she does not understand or wants further knowledge on the subject, she is quick to be inquisitive and ask. If she still has more questions on the subject, she will research it herself and ask others. She loves her children immensely and that caring nature spills over into her career, especially when caring for children whose parents entrust us with their care. When I have been caught up in tasks that require my full attention and both hands on deck, Dieasha has already been noting the initial and extended tasks that would be required of me as the paramedic. It is a major relief when she, as the EMT, is already thinking in line with me as the medic, and we make a proficient team.”
Director of EMS Andy Smith shared, “Everything her teammate shared was true. She is an asset to our amazing EMS team. We are grateful to have Dieasha as a first responder here in Coffee County and proud to be able to recognize and honor her in this way.”
Coffee Regional Medical Center is proud to honor staff members recognized by patients, patient families, and co-workers for their outstanding work. It truly takes teamwork when it comes to quality patient care, and Coffee Regional Medical Center recognizes that. The BEE Award was established to recognize the extraordinary work of non-nursing staff. This award complements the DAISY Award, which recognizes outstanding service and care by nursing staff.
All non-nursing Coffee Regional Medical Center staff members qualify for the BEE Award. Nominations are gathered each month and awarded every quarter. Members of the BEE Award committee choose the award recipient. Each honoree receives a certificate: “This award is proudly presented in recognition of going BEE-yond in showing our patients and visitors an Exceptional Experience here at Coffee Regional Medical Center.” Additionally, honorees receive a unique BEE Award pin for their badge, a $50 gift certificate, and a reception with their colleagues featuring freshly made honey buns as a sweet treat.
