On August 24, 2025, deputies responded to a domestic dispute that led to the arrest of 34-year-old Pedro Guzman Hernandez.
During the incident, Hernandez was reported to have been involved in a verbal altercation while under the influence of alcohol. According to statements, Hernandez retrieved a firearm during the dispute. Deputies located a ROMARM AK-47 style rifle, which was collected as evidence.
Based on the circumstances and witness accounts, Hernandez was taken into custody and charged with reckless conduct. He was transported to the Coffee County Jail for processing.
