Mrs. Shirley Diane Spires, age 56, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Spires was born on February 18, 1959 in Douglas, GA to the late J. W. Reliford and Josie Frances Hollinger Reliford.
Survivors include: her husband, Otis Warren Spires of Douglas, GA; daughter, Judy Vasquez of Douglas, GA; son, Michael Spires of Douglas, GA; four sisters, Bonnie Taylor of Nicholls, GA; Debbie Robinson of Douglas, GA; Ruby (Bobby) Cooper of Willacoochee, GA; Dommie (Glenn) Cooper of Douglas, GA; brother, James (Kathy) Reliford of Pearson, GA; four grandchildren, Cameron Blake Spires and Fiance’ Adjrianna Walker, Chance Austin Spires, Kayla Breanna Spires and Cortney Nichole (Daniel) Musgrove; two great grandchildren, Natalie Reign Spires and Kinslee Rivers Musgrove; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will be receiving friends and loved ones Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 6:00 PM to
9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Mission Church with Rev. Gene Chaney and Tina Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Royals Cemetery.
