H. Lee Baldwin, 74, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at his home. He was born in Pearson, Georgia and has lived in Valdosta for the past 36 years.
Lee was a very generous man. He was very proud of his daughter and son-in-law, Deepak. He adored his granddaughter, Olivia, and loved hearing about her many adventures. Lee was a charming man who never knew a stranger. He will be greatly missed.

Lee is survived by his daughter Susan (Deepak) Kumar of Mobile, AL, sister Ann Watson of Douglas, and a granddaughter Olivia. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 37 years, Judy Baldwin and son Kenneth Baldwin.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 10:15 a.m. until the funeral hour. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Shep Johnson officiating. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Valdosta Humane Society or The American Red Cross of South Georgia.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
