James C Nobles, age 89, of Douglas, GA passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Manor House. Mr. Nobles was born on February 15, 1927, in Ocilla, Georgia to the late John Clark Nobles and Ned Naomi Nobles.
Survivors include: Son: Johnny Nobles of Nicholls, GA. Brother: Loren (Sandra) Nobles of Brunswick, GA 9 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several Nieces and nephews. Preceded by: Wife: Betty Nobles, Daughter: Janice M Knapp, Father: John Nobles, Mother: Ned Nobles.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Calvary Mission Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Chaney officiating. Interment to follow at Chatterton Holiness Baptist church Cemetery.
