Mrs. Alline Stone Williams, age 73 of Douglas, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 29, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Mrs. Williams was born September 6, 1946 to the late Woodrow Stone and the late Ola Smith Stone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Williams, Sr.

Mrs. Williams, a native of Atkinson County, had been employed as a seamstress with Spectrum Apparel. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Son Clyde Williams, Jr. and wife Jamie of Douglas, GA; siblings Willene McNatt, Shirley Merritt, Stanley Stone, Clifford Stone, Chester Stone, Ola McKinnon, and Kenny Stone, all of Douglas, GA, and Alphine Davis of Manor, GA; grandchildren Chris Willis and wife Misty of Cobb, GA and Ashleigh Carter and husband Eric of Alma, GA; great-grandchildren Erica Carter, Alysa Carter, Alivia Screws and Asher Carter, all of Alma, GA, Anna Lynn Willis, Amelia Willis, Aston Willis, all of Cobb, GA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The graveside service and interment will be Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 7:00 A.M. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Atkinson County with Rev. Bobby Fussell officiating.

Please note that due to restrictions of attendance and social distancing being placed on funeral homes by the CDC concerning containment of COVID-19, please observe their guidelines.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
