Come meet Dylan Ross and see his original work on Thursday, September 17, 2020 in Fitzgerald. Dylan Ross is a multi-disciplined visual artist from Douglas. Over the past decade, his work has been featured on CNN and ESPN and is collected by numerous celebrities and athletes ranging from Dennis Rodman to Jerry Rice.

Dylan has had solo shows in New York and Miami as well as group showings in England and Germany. In addition to studio artwork, Dylan specializes in creating large-scale public artwork. A current partnership with NFL Hall of Famer Steve Young will see Dylan creating murals at all 32 NFL market locations, after previously creating art for Super Bowls in Atlanta and Miami.

Dylan’s work is commonly identified by sharp contrasts, bold colors, and iconic imagery. Due to COVID-19, we encourage everyone to wear a mask and be patient if you are asked to wait outside the Carnegie Center for the Arts for a few minutes as the number of guests allowed inside is limited. While you are waiting, find murals Ross painted on the Grand Theatre and the Morris Abram murals found in the Carnegie Center for the Arts Courtyard. It’s time to celebrate!

Everyone is invited to come and meet the talented Dylan Ross and see his original work. This free exhibit opening is part of the Third Thursday Series Hosted by the Fitzgerald Ben Hill Arts Council, the City of Fitzgerald, and the Fitzgerald Ben Hill County Chamber of Commerce. The “Contrast and Color” Exhibit featuring artist Dylan Ross opens September 17, 2020, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM inside the Carnegie Center for the Arts.
