Pearlie Lucile Crosby, age 84, of Axson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Ms. Crosby was born on January 25, 1938 in Coffee County, GA to the late Aaron Cothern Sr. and the late Pearlie Florence Little.

 

 

Survivors include: Three Daughters: Darlene (Clint) Waldron of Douglas, GA , Yolanda Crosby of Axson, GA, Lawanda Faulk of Douglas, GA, Two Sons: Ronnie (Judy) Crosby of Pearson, GA, Raymond (Denise) Crosby of Axson, GA, Nine Grandchildren: Eddie Crosby, Tracey (Jimmy) Mizell, Cohen (Shelly) Crosby, Jonathan Crosby, Andrew Waldron, Adrinne Waldron, Alana Waldron, Cameron (Anna) Faulk and Waylon Faulk, Two Sisters: Betty Pridgen and Mattee (Matt) Wright, Great Grandchildren: Savannah Mizell, Leigha Crosby, Ellie Crosby, Ella Crosby, Donovan Faulk and Charlie Crosby. She was preceded in death by: Husband: Saulter Crosby, Grandson: Donovan Faulk, Two Brothers: Edward Lee Cothern and Aaron Cothren Jr., Two sisters: Betty Jean Cothern and Christine Whitley.

 

 

The family will receive friends Monday, October 10, 2022 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Sims Funeral Home.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 2:00PM at Oak Grove Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Wilson and Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. Interment followed at Oak Grove Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery.  Active Pallbearers will be: Andrew Waldron, Cohen Crosby, Jonathan Crosby, Eddie Crosby, Cameron Faulk and Waylon Faulk.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
