Essie Mae Taylor Faulk, 88

Essie Mae Taylor Faulk, age 88 of Nicholls, GA passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at her residence following an extended illness. Ms. Faulk was born on January 2, 1935, in Bacon County, GA to the late William Seward Taylor and Mae Taylor.

 

 

Survivors include: One Daughter; Betty (Roy) Smith of Nicholls, GA, Two Sons; James Larry Faulk of Nicholls, GA, Danny Curtis (Dailys) Faulk of Douglas, GA, One Brother; Troy Lee (Bonnie) Taylor of Douglas, GA, Five Grandchildren; Heather (Lee) Barber of Alma, GA, Adam Brett (Eden) Smith of Nicholls, GA, Waylon Crosby Faulk of Snipesville, GA, Cameron Wade (Anna Grace) Faulk of Axson, GA, Heather Steverson of Lakeland, GA, Six Great Grandchildren, and several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends. Ms. Faulk was preceded in death by: Husband, James Curtis Faulk, and Parents, William Seward Taylor and Mae Taylor.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Sims Funeral Home.

 

 

The memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at 2:00PM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Walt DeLoach officiating. Interment will follow at a later date.

 

 

Memorialization will be by cremation.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
