Robert “Fender the Sender” Fender, age 7, is headed to France with Team USA to represent the United States at the 2025 MxMaster Kids Championship.
Though just seven years old, Robert is already making a name for himself across the country, racing with heart, skill, and courage far beyond his years. For the last two years, he’s been chasing his motocross dream all over America—and now he’ll ride on an international stage, competing with the best young riders from around the world.
Robert’s resume includes 220 races, 105 podium finishes, and 22 wins. Zak Mashburn and Kevin Windham reportedly gave Robert the title of Fender the Sender, which stuck and is now how most people in the motocross world refer to the young star.
Robert’s accomplishments don’t stop there. He is also on the road to the legendary Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championship, continuing his climb among the nation’s elite young racers. He rides for Cobra Elite and is proudly sponsored by Alpinestars, Oakley, Cobra, Moody, and Thor.
He has achieved this level of success through a tenacious work ethic that includes a daily workout routine that seasoned adult athletes would struggle with, hours and hours of schoolwork, and, of course, a lot of time at the track.
Beyond the bike, Robert is known for something even greater — his deep love for Jesus and his family. He’s a young man of faith and character, humble in spirit, strong in heart, and always encouraging others along the way.
As he gears up to race for Team USA, the Fender family invites the entire community to pray and cheer on Robert — a bold rider with a big future and an even bigger heart.
