Rachelle Marie Fernandez Navarro, age 58, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Rachelle was born on March 26, 1967, in Manila, Philippines.
She is survived by her parents, Dr. Romulo Navarro and Malou Navarro of Douglas, GA; one brother, Raymund Navarro of Douglas, GA; and one sister, Mary Lou Navarro of Atlanta, GA as well as numerous cousins residing in Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and the Philippines.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, with Father Saimel Perdomo officiating.
