A domestic incident that happened on December 7, 2025, at Baymeadows sent both parties to jail after a midnight altercation, according to a report from the sheriff’s office.
The report says that two officers were dispatched to a Baymeadows Drive East address in reference to a domestic dispute. One of the parties in the incident, Elisha Meeks II, 22, had left the home and was walking north on Woodrow Stone Road. Officers found Meeks and asked him what happened. The report says that Meeks, who had scratches on his neck and a bite mark on his left arm, said that his girlfriend, Vicki Lynn Pfoutz, 44, had jumped on him.
The officers, along with Meeks, returned to the residence to find out what happened. According to the report, Pfoutz stated that the two had gotten into an argument and Meeks had started damaging items inside the house, including two televisions. She also said that he broke the windshield on her vehicle, the report says. In the report, Pfoutz stated that she didn’t see Meeks damage the windshield but she heard him smash it. Pfoutz also said that Meeks threw her phone outside of the home.
Meeks had stated earlier in the investigation that he had thrown her phone into the front yard, according to the report. However, he denied damaging anything inside the home and stated that she had been trying to hit him with a mop stick – and that is what damaged one of the TVs. The report says that officers received conflicting information from both Meeks and Pfoutz regarding the other damaged property.
Officers arrested both Meeks and Pfoutz. Meeks was charged with criminal trespass (family violence). He also had a bench warrant for disorderly conduct. Pfoutz was charged with battery (family violence) – first offense. Both were booked into the Coffee County Jail and later released.
